The State Employees Benefit Corporation—better known as SEBCO—was created to provide optional benefits to the members of the Arkansas State Employees Association (ASEA). SEBCO provides a wide variety of insurance products, such as dental, vision and auto policies.
SEBCO offers members of ASEA participation in the VanPool commuter program, which offers transportation for commuters between home communities and job sites in Little Rock. The Purchasing Power program also offers members exclusive benefits.
Membership in ASEA is required to take advantage of the products and services provided through SEBCO, although being a state employee is not required to join ASEA —associate memberships are also offered to those not employed by the state.
Be a current member of ASEA or become a new member. If you're not a member, please complete an ASEA application to include with your materials. We are unable to process your insurance application if you are not a member or if we do not receive your completed application.
To enroll you will need to:
- Join ASEA online or complete a membership payroll-deduction card (yellow card)
- Complete a SEBCO payroll deduction card (blue card)
- Complete the benefits application (dental, vision etc.)
- Submit hard copy applications and deduction cards to: P.O. Box 1817, Little Rock, AR 72203
